Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

New York Cosmetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Buying for yourself?

Simply, choose the amount you want on your gift card and add to cart.

Once checkout is complete you will be sent an email with your electronic gift card.

This can then be printed, saved or added to Applet Wallet or Google Wallet.

Your gift card can then be used and redeemed against any products on our store online or in person.

Sending as a gift?

Firstly we just want to thank you on behalf of who you're buying for. You are amazing!

Choose the amount you'd like to gift and click the "I want to send as a gift" option.

You will now be able to enter the recipients name, email and the ability to leave them a message with the gift too.

Once checkout is complete the recipient will be sent an email with your electronic gift card.

This can then be printed, saved or added to Applet Wallet or Google Wallet.

Your gift card can then be used and redeemed against any products on our store online or in person.

Clearpay

Clearpay allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free*. With Clearpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

Simply shop with one of your favorite stores found in the Shop Directory and choose Clearpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create a Clearpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. For online orders, the goods will be shipped to you by the retailer after checkout. For in-store shopping, download the Clearpay mobile app, follow the in-app instructions to set up the Clearpay Card, and use the Clearpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at checkout. You’ll pay 25% at the time of purchase, and take your purchase home that day.

At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise we will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates. 

Please Note: Clearpay does not approve 100% of orders. We are committed to ensuring we support responsible spending.

When determining which orders to approve, we consider a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a shopper using Clearpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.

Things to consider

• Are there sufficient funds on your card? Generally we look to see the first instalment amount available to spend.
• The length of time you have been using Clearpay
• The amount you have to repay
• The value of the order you are trying to place
• The number of orders you currently have 'open' with us

While we know it can be frustrating to not know exactly how much you can spend each time or how many active orders you can have, our rules and approval process help Clearpay responsibly offer a completely free service to shoppers.

Shop Pay is a wallet that helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved email, payment and shipping details. 

The following info is saved and securely encrypted for your future purchases:

• shipping address
• billing address
• credit card details
• mobile phone number

You can save up to 20 shipping addresses and up to 10 credit cards with Shop Pay. Your mobile phone number is used for SMS verification of your account. Learn more about managing your payment and shipping details.
