Step 1
— Check the status message
Check the status message beside the unavailable feature. RearSilver Stream Suite uses these messages to explain which connection, account or configuration the feature still requires.
Step 2
— Check the OBS connection
Open OBS Studio and confirm that the Control Hub shows that OBS is connected. Features that perform live actions in OBS remain unavailable until this connection is active.
Step 3
— Check the required account
Open Suite Settings and check the Accounts section. Connect or reconnect the account required by the feature. Twitch features require the appropriate Twitch account, while Spotify controls require an authorised Spotify account.
Step 4
— Select a music source
If the unavailable control belongs to the music system, open the Library and select a configured music source. Music controls and song-request options remain unavailable when no compatible source is ready.
Step 5
— Try the control again
Return to the affected feature after completing the required connection or configuration. Confirm that the status message has cleared and try the control again.
