Report a bug with Feedback & Diagnostics

Describe a problem or suggestion, create a privacy-redacted diagnostic report and send it to product support.

Requirements

• RearSilver Stream Suite is installed.
• The Control Hub can be opened.
• You have a support method provided with your access or purchase.

Steps

Step 1 — Open Feedback & Diagnostics

In the Control Hub, select Feedback & Diagnostics in the sidebar. You can also open the Tools menu and select Feedback & Diagnostics.

Step 2 — Describe what happened

Choose the category that best matches the problem or feedback, then enter a short summary. Describe what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Include clear reproduction steps when possible and indicate whether you can reproduce the problem.

Step 3 — Add useful context

Complete any other fields that apply. Include where you first looked, whether you found the feature without help, whether you abandoned a setup step or required help, and any wording or navigation you expected. Use Additional feedback for anything else that may help explain the report.

Step 4 — Refresh the diagnostics

Reproduce the problem if possible, then return to Feedback & Diagnostics and select Refresh diagnostics. This updates the report with the current RearSilver Stream Suite version, OBS Studio and plugin versions, connection state, configured services and recent warning or error information.

Step 5 — Review the report before sharing

Select Preview report and check the information that will be shared. RearSilver Stream Suite excludes or redacts authentication tokens, account credentials, Windows usernames, profile paths, chat contents and local music details. The report remains on your computer until you explicitly copy or export it.

Step 6 — Copy or export the report

Select Copy report to place the report on the clipboard, or select Export report to save it as a text file. If product support asks for additional log files, select Open logs folder and attach only the requested files.

Step 7 — Send the report

Send the copied or exported report through the support method provided with your access or purchase. During the private beta, submit it in the designated beta tester Discord channels or send it directly to Imperial Infusions. Include any screenshots or other evidence that clearly shows the problem.

What success looks like

• The problem or feedback is described clearly.
• The diagnostics reflect the current application state.
• The report has been reviewed before sharing.
• The copied or exported report has been sent through the appropriate support route.
